Christine and Frank have a real love for animals and have always treated our cat Misty like their own. Since we have moved to the area they have always managed to fit us in, especially when we had several emergencies and required care for Misty at the last minute. Thank you so much!

Take good care of the animals and lovely people too.

Very happy dog and owner. I phoned at lunch time and got an appointment the same day for my dog. The vet Jo was friendly and lovely with my dog, very reassuring. Nicest vet I have been to in a long time. Will defiantly be taking my dog here again.

Thank you for the care you showed my Labrador Cooper and the care and compassion you showed me at our sad loss I would recommend this vets to everyone , Thank you to the lovely vets at Blaydon

Rang for an emergency appointment after our guinea pig became unwell and was told to take him straight over. We were seen immediately but the news wasn't good. The vet and receptionist were absolutely fantastic during the time we were there, and all options discussed. Myself and my daughters were really impressed with how everything was handled. They even went the extra mile and we received a lovely sympathy card from them the next day. Thank you for that! Definitely would recommend for excellent care and service.

I'm really impressed with their expertise, customer service and prompt appointments. Can't fault the service my Labrador has received.
