Great large store offering almost everything you could need for the home. Staff are generally pretty helpful and prices are competitive especially on Trade Point qualifying items. Unfortunately I have had to give a less than satisfactory rating as the store does not accept contactless payments. It's 2018, they are very much behind in this sense. Wouldn't have been too much of an issue, but I had forgotten my wallet and shopped assuming such a large, national store would accept Apple Pay.
We bought our kitchen here, a friend's recommendation. B&Q designed and fitted it. A star performance from start to finish. Faultless. Sadly we learn that they no longer offer the design and fit service.

I had never been to the range before and I was happily surprised of the variety, quality, size and prices of their products. It feels like an American style store type of, I went to buy some frames and as they were at the end of the shop I ended up looking at the rest of the merchandise. It's like Homebase and B&Q had a child and called it The Range but with BNM prices. Lots of free car park, easy entrance etc etc. I will be coming back to shop more for sure.
Not as cheap as B&M',s and not as expensive as Next is best way to describe it. It's got a huge "Range" but I find the layout of this store cramped and difficult to navigate. I much prefer the Portrack Lane branch in Stockton, you could literally spend a good couple of hours meandering in there. Plus there's a HUGE B&Ms next door.
